DO SOMETHING AMAZING EVERY DAY - What you will do every day

  • Staff administration, preparing wage calculation of the various stores in Belgium and Luxembourg in collaboration with our payroll provider
  • Answer to questions from employees (phone/emails) about wages.
  • Administration and digital classification of the personnel files (contracts, attachment, advertisements,...)
  • Ensure proper coding of the hours per store and ensure that this coding is done according to the correct legislation;
  • Maintain direct contact with the Senior Payroll Manager.

BE INSPIRING - What sets you apart

  • Bachelor degree, preferably Human Resources or equivalent work experience
  • You have professional proficiency in Dutch and minimum a basic level in French. English or Spanish is an added value
  • You have knowledge of the legal legislation and the payment processes
  • You are customer-oriented
  • You are precise, discreet and autonomous but also productive
  • You are a teamplayer
  • MS Office (Word, Excel) has no secret for you.
