Qualifications
Lived experience within Indigenous community including knowledge of traditions.
Experience of 3 – 5 years in the field of addictions.
Experience providing counselling and outreach services.
Responsibilities
Conduct client intake and assess clients’ needs.
Engage in a therapeutic relationship to address substance use.
Provide referrals and linkages for additional supports.
Skills

Proficiency in computer skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology or equivalent
Master’s degree preferred
