School District No. 73 is currently accepting applications for the Indigenous Education Worker (IEW) Relief roster, with the possibility of an appointment to a position in the 2024/2025 school year.
Indigenous Education Workers provide assistance and support to either individual or groups of Indigenous students. The successful applicants will be of Indigenous ancestry and have a thorough knowledge of applicable Indigenous culture, tradition and issues, both historical and contemporary.
Qualifications:
The successful incumbent(s) must be willing to travel to our outlying communities while on relief.
