Job summary

MNP is seeking a Manager, Assurance & Accounting to lead client engagements and deliver high-quality audit and assurance services. The role involves managing client relationships, planning engagements, and driving business development within Indigenous services. CPA designation and 4–6 years of public accounting experience are required.

Compensation ranges from $72,000 to $105,000 with benefits and professional development opportunities. Travel flexibility may be required.

• 4–6 years of public accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of business, accounting and management principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead client facing engagement teams to complete audits, compliance tax engagements, budgeting, internal controls and financial/accounting transactions.
• Deliver industry and technical expertise in audit and assurance through client interactions, reports and high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor, motivate and coach team members towards development and performance reviews.
