Alpine is seeking independent subcontractors in the Greater Toronto Area to provide cleaning services for retail spaces. You will operate as an independent professional with job flexibility and a focus on high standards.

Applicants must hold a valid business registration, GST number, workers' compensation coverage, and third‑party liability insurance, with proven experience in light and heavy cleaning and familiar with auto scrubbers and burnishers.

Responsibilities

• Complete cleaning per provided instructions within the allotted time.

Location: Greater Toronto Area, ON - Hamilton Niagara Region, Guelph, Milton, Tri-City Region (Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo), London, Windsor, Sarnia, Peterborough, Cottage Country (Barrie, Midland, Orillia, Huntsville, etc.), Timmins.

We’re looking for independent professional Cleaning Subcontractors who enjoy providing the highest level of service to clients. As an independent subcontractor you have job flexibility, must be self-motivated and have a key eye for detail.

What You Will Bring

• A valid business registration number

• Third Part Legal Liability Insurance
• Experience in Light/heavy duty cleaning & waxing, using Auto Scrubbers & Burnishers
• Experience in cleaning large retail stores

What You Will Be Doing

• Complete cleaning per provided instructions within the allotted time
