Job summary

Medcan Clinic is seeking a skilled massage therapist to join our Sports Medicine, Therapy and Rehabilitation team. This Independent Contractor role offers flexible scheduling with 2-3 half days per week during business hours Monday–Saturday (9-5).

You will provide clinical massage therapy, maintain detailed documentation, and communicate effectively with physicians, physiatrists, chiropractors, and other massage therapists to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• One year of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Massage Therapist.
• Must be in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
• Must have professional liability insurance.
• Competency in multiple massage techniques incl. Swedish massage, facial therapy, trigger point therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical massage therapy services.
• Maintain complete and detailed clinical documentation and records.
• Practice effective inter-professional communication.
• Ensure high-quality patient management and care.
• Collaborate with physicians, physiatrists, orthopedic surgeons, chiropractors, chiropodists and other massage therapists.
