Job summary

Assisted Living Alberta seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Home Living team, providing professional nursing services in clients' homes and continuing care settings within the Edmonton Zone. This float role supports Westview Health Centre and related sites, with varied shifts and duties.

You will assess needs, plan and coordinate care, and deliver evidence-based, patient-centered nursing. Requires CRNA registration, BCLS-HCP, and 2 years of recent nursing experience; full practice permit

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing education program.
• Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with CRNA.
• Two years of recent nursing experience (within last 5 years) or refresher within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide wide variety of nursing services in clients' homes and communities.
• Assess needs and develop care plans with goals and resources.
• Coordinate resources and evaluate outcomes in a team setting.
• Mentor student clinical experiences and participate in staff development.
