Scw’exmx Health in Merritt, BC invites a physician or NP to join a fully audited, non-profit clinic. Physicians work independently with modest overhead and set their own hours and priorities.

Care includes ward rounds/in-patient care at Nicola Valley General Hospital; ER shifts are optional. Merritt offers year-round recreation and a rural lifestyle near Kamloops, Kelowna and Vancouver.

Qualifications

• Physician or NP with independent practice, able to work in a multi-practitioner clinic.
• Experience in hospital ward rounds or in-patient care an asset.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through ward rounds/in-patient care at Nicola Valley General Hospital in Merritt.
• Provide patient care in a rural clinic setting with flexible hours.
