Description

CRC Health Centre is a physician-led multidisciplinary clinic located in central Richmond at the intersection of Cambie Road and No. 3 Road, just steps from Aberdeen Centre and the Canada Line SkyTrain station. The clinic is highly visible and easily accessible, with covered on-site parking. Situated on the main floor of President Plaza, it is complemented by a busy second-floor food court and Red Star Seafood Restaurant, and is surrounded by prominent commercial landmarks including the Radisson Hotel and Yaohan Centre.

The clinic is open six days a week and offers flexibility in scheduling for long-term or short-term locum family physicians wishing to join our team. Physicians are supported by a dedicated and experienced MOA team, with opportunities to work in a hybrid telehealth and in-person model using Ava EMR, CareConnect, PharmaNet, and Telus Business Connect.

As a group practice, cross-coverage can be provided and additional locum physicians may be engaged when required. Staff members monitor after-hours calls, and physicians will be notified and supported should any urgent matters arise. Further clinical support is provided through rapid access to in-house consultative expertise, including Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Rheumatology, Allergy & Immunology, and Clinical Pharmacists.

Overhead Structure

Overhead at CRC Health Centre is subject to GST. We recognize that physicians may have specialized interests or niche practices.

For long-term full-time or part-time physicians, the overhead structure includes five tiers: 15%, 20%, 25%, 28%, and 30%. Overhead levels are determined based on individual practice needs, such as additional MOA support, extra clinical equipment, or one-to-one billing assistance, when required. Physicians are encouraged to discuss their specific needs, as the clinic is flexible.

For physicians with annual billings exceeding $400,000, the overhead percentage may be reviewed and adjusted based on overall service utilization.

For short-term or locum physicians, the default overhead is 30%. Physicians are welcome to discuss their needs and interests, and the clinic will assist with a smooth transition into practice at CRC Health Centre.
