Job summary

The Byng Group is seeking experienced Independent Demolition Contractors to support apartment turnover and renovation projects across Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge and surrounding areas in Ontario.

As an Independent Contractor, you will operate your own business, hold a GST/HST number, and carry required insurance and WSIB clearance. Bi-weekly payments and a pre-approved pricing schedule apply, with no bidding required for standard scopes.

Qualifications

• Must operate as an Independent Contractor and run a registered business.
• Experience in residential demolition is required.
• Own vehicle, tools and PPE; WSIB clearance and GST/HST number required.

Responsibilities

• Interior demolition of residential units.
• Removal of flooring, cabinets, fixtures and non-structural walls.
