About Us

Full Circle is a small group practice comprised of passionate, compassionate, and experienced Social Workers/Psychotherapists who see children of all ages, youth, adults, parents/caregivers, couples, and families. We specialize in relational trauma, attachment/relationships, parenting, and neurodiversity. We are seeking an experienced practitioner to join our team.

Candidate Profile

Position Details

This is a part-time, independent contractor position with potential to increase hours over time, if desired.

Responsibilities

1. Work independently to see clients, including completing all necessary documentation promptly and maintaining a caseload aligned with shifts worked.
2. Provide free 15-minute consultations to prospective clients.
3. Maintain availability in our online booking system.
4. Obtain your own supervision.

Qualifications

1. Masters level education in Social Work or a related field.
2. Currently an RSW or RP in good standing with their respective college (e.g., OCSWSSW).
3. Minimum of 5 years post-grad experience; relevant life and work experience will be considered.
4. Competency working with adolescents and adults; experience with children is a bonus.
5. Certification or training in at least one modality: DBT, ACT, EMDR.

Requirements

1. Licensed to see clients in Ontario.
2. Hold individual insurance.
3. Willing to complete a vulnerable sector check.
4. Available for in-person shifts in central London, with optional virtual work based on caseload.
5. Begin with at least one evening or weekend shift weekly.
6. Availability for 4-8 hours (1-2 shifts) initially, with potential for increase.

9. Low team turnover.
