Qualifications

• Hold a valid provincial general insurance license (or be willing to obtain one).
• Experience in commercial or personal lines insurance, or running your own business is a plus.
• Experience in client-facing advisory or relationship-management roles where trust matters.
• Autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit with a long‑term growth mindset.
