Job summary

Ipsos Canada seeks Project Schedulers to join the Channel Performance team as Independent Contractors. You will support the world’s largest mystery shopping program, coordinating shopper schedules and ensuring on-time delivery of projects during North American hours.

Available 30–40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with an hourly base of 27 CAD. This flexible role can lead to a more permanent position and involves working with Sassie and SMX platforms while upholding high ethical standards and

Qualifications

• Excellent Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Proactive, adaptable self-starter able to work independently.
• Strong time management and attention to detail for daily reporting.

Responsibilities

• Work under Field Manager direction to complete tasks on time and accurately.
• Use Sassie and SMX to optimize shop allocation and scheduling.
• Coordinate Mystery Shoppers and manage communications for deadlines.
• Support CS and Client Success to ensure project execution.
• Replace or return shops flagged for issues and resubmit when needed.
