Qualifications

Inclusiveness Co-ordinator

We are seeking an Inclusion Co-ordinator to join the Inclusion team. This person will play an integral role in fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable culture at EY. Responsibilities include supporting the development, implementation, and leadership of programs that promote diversity, equity, and psychological safety. The role involves liaising with internal teams such as marketing, recruitment, and business development, as well as engaging with external organizations and professional networks.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Attend network meetings, assist with sponsorship relationships and events (internal and external)
  2. Create forums for knowledge sharing to drive awareness and improvement
  3. Design, project manage, and facilitate workshops, focus groups, listening sessions, and presentations
  4. Consult with Talent Attraction and Acquisition to enable recruiters and hiring managers to attract diverse talent
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, community organizations, and suppliers
  6. Create inclusive content and resources for EY employees on the internal website
  7. Compile and track content and statistics for client proposals (RFPs)
  8. Represent EY at external conferences, forums, and sponsorship events
  9. Maintain SharePoint and mailing lists
Skills And Attributes For Success
  • 2-4 years of experience in DEI or Human Resources
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Team-oriented with coordination skills
  • Understanding of racism, intersectionality, and diversity identities
  • Experience managing sensitive information and difficult conversations
  • Experience in training, facilitation, and workshop delivery
  • Project and change management skills
  • Fluency in French and English is required

The salary range in British Columbia is $49,200 to $73,800, based on various factors.
