For this exciting position, we are specifically targeting students who have a background in Arts, Sciences, or Business Administration. If you are not currently located in the area of this co-op position, you must be willing to either commute or relocate to the surrounding area for the entire duration of the co-op term. You must also currently be a student enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution and will be enrolled throughout the duration of the co-op term (you will also be returning back to the post-secondary institution once the co-op term is completed). Proof of a valid work permit will also be required, if applicable.

Salary Range: $4000 - $5100 / Month

Salary is commensurate with the number of academic semesters and prior co-op experiences completed.

Responsibilities

Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures

Support team communications planning processes such as content calendars and building engagement plans

Coordinate and support engagement events that cultivate connection and belonging

Develop and share creative communications to collaborators and the business on progress and learning opportunities

Assist with research and implementation of innovative ideas to improve the way we engage stakeholders and deploy our strategy

Develop research and reports to help guide our equity, diversity and inclusion and engagement strategy

Build positive relationships with various teams across the business

Qualifications

Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Arts, Sciences, or Business Administration

Motivated self-starter; able to prioritize work under pressure and show phenomenal attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalism

Commitment to fostering respectful and an inclusive environments

Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate sophisticated ideas and concepts to multidisciplinary teams

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)

Experience with HR programs/software is an asset
