Job summary

SaskTel is hiring a Service Representative (SaskTel Stores - Incented Sales Rep) in Saskatoon, SK. The position is a temporary part-time role with base pay of 27.97 CAD per hour plus an annual incentive of up to 6,944 CAD.

Anticipated end date 2027-01-09, closing date 2026-09-04, and 1 position available. The role focuses on direct residential and business sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in sales, with proven ability to persuade and close.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of SaskTel products and services.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Proficiency with computers and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Promote sale of products and services to meet targets in a competitive environment.
• Determine customer needs and propose solutions; use support personnel as needed.
• Set up devices and accessories, review contracts, educate customers about services.
• Maintain working knowledge of SaskTel’s products, services, systems, and pricing options.
• Handle inquiries/complaints; resolve issues to meet customer service targets.
• Arrange deposits and handle cash/payments; reconcile daily sales.
• Capture customer requirements and process work orders; correct errors.
• Participate in sales campaigns and retention activities.
• Maintain related reports and records.
• Manage retail displays and may visit customer premises for demonstrations.
• Monitor stock inventory for products available in the outlet.
• Assist other internal departments as required.
