Who We Are:

ServiceBox was established to support the people who keep essential services running smoothly — whether that’s HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other commercial service industries. Our software simplifies admin work so trades businesses can focus on the field, not paperwork. We’re a Canadian SaaS company proudly supporting growing teams across North America, from 3-person shops to 100+ employee operations. With a product built to scale, we’re on a mission to become the field service industry’s go-to platform.

The Opportunity:

We’re growing, and we’re looking for a full-time Inbound Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Regina. If you’re a hands-on, self-motivated creative who loves turning ideas into engaging content, we want to hear from you. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will execute our inbound marketing strategy — turning content into conversations, and conversations into customers.

What You’ll Be Doing
Content Strategy & Creation
  • Plan and create content that aligns with our brand voice and monthly campaign themes
  • Write, edit, and optimize blog posts, newsletters, case studies, lead magnets, landing pages, and more
  • Repurpose content across channels (web, email, social, video) to maximize reach and relevance
Campaign Execution
  • Help build and execute inbound campaigns, including email workflows, drip campaigns, and ad-related assets
  • Support ongoing SEO efforts with our SEO Manager — from keyword research to content optimization and performance reporting
  • Use HubSpot to manage campaign assets, track engagement, and measure conversions
Social Media & Community Engagement
  • Schedule and manage posts across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube
  • Bring ideas that support engagement and highlight the value ServiceBox delivers to trades pros
  • Drive community engagement on social media by actively commenting on, responding to, and initiating conversations with relevant profiles
  • Help showcase user stories, product tips, and team culture content
Market Research & Collaboration
  • Stay informed on competitors and industry trends, sharing insights to shape campaigns
  • Collaborate with the ServiceBox marketing team to execute fast-moving content plans
  • Gather customer feedback and use it to refine messaging and resource creation
  • Assist and/or drive testing and implementation of new marketing ideas such as:
  • Webinars and live demos
  • Interactive tools or quizzes
  • Customer ambassador programs
  • Industry events or trade shows (virtual and in-person)
  • Track performance and share learnings to evolve future strategies
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor KPIs (website traffic, lead quality, email performance, conversion rates) and report on campaign effectiveness
  • Help identify drop-off points in the funnel and suggest actionable improvements
  • Present regular reports to the marketing team and leadership on progress toward goals

Who you are:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing, content, or communications role
  • Excellent writing and editing skills — clear, conversational, and compelling
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Proficient with all social platforms and how to leverage them effectively
  • Experience in SaaS or trades-related industries is considered an asset
  • Comfortable in a hybrid work environment (must be based in Regina and in office 2 days/week)
  • Someone who is organized, adaptable, and not afraid to learn as they go
  • Bonus points if you’re familiar with tools like HubSpot, Canva, Microsoft Teams, WebFlow, and Adobe CC
What We Offer:
  • A chance to make a big impact at a growing Canadian software company
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial team that values transparency and initiative
  • Opportunities for professional development and training
  • Hybrid flexibility
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
