What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for inbound phone inquiries, creating cases in Salesforce and directing them to appropriate teams
- Respond to inquiries about products and assist in qualifying leads through various communication channels
- Manage the Digital Sales email inbox and voicemail inquiries, forwarding leads to the correct sales divisions
- Provide administrative support for the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team and assist with reports and KPI tracking
- Create and manage leads for product demos and evaluations, ensuring timely follow-up by sales teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College diploma and/or relevant background in Customer Service, Pre-sales, or Inside Sales
- 3-5 years of related work experience with demonstrated customer service skills
- Strong telephone communication skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure with attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a customer-focused mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, or a similar field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with prior customer service experience
- Familiarity with Oracle and Salesforce.com
- Previous formal sales training considered an asset
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English
