Overview

As an ELECTRICAL COUNTER SALES ASSOCIATE, you will operate in a fast paced, dynamic, rewarding environment & will assume responsibility for all electrical counter sales & product returns, while providing expertise as a member of the customer service team. You will build rapport with customers to develop long-term relationships & generate referrals while negotiating sales transactions. Your overall goal is to ensure customers are satisfied with overall service (including order taking, product, pricing, deliveries, etc.) You will handle all Electrical Counter sales & returns as required. There will be other duties as needed.

Electrical Counter Sales Associates Requirements
  • Must have either High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of experience in exceptional face-to-face customer service and / or sales (within any industry)
  • Experience / Background in the electrical industry or electrical products a plus!
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills w / ability to generate long term relationships & referrals
  • Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Self-motivated w / ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be willing / able to pass an assessment & security screening as condition for hire
