Job summary

Your Independent Grocer is hiring Decorators to provide memorable in-store experiences by taking orders, labeling products and offering friendly service. You’ll help with displays and customer questions, and we provide training to set you up for success.

This is a unionized, part-time role with hours that may include days, evenings, weekends. Compensation ranges from CAD 17.60 to 25.96 per hour. Franchisee employer and AI screening are noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Flexible hours including days, evenings, nights and weekends.
• Able to stand for long periods and move around the department.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to shoppers.
• Accurately scan products at checkout or point of sale.
• Carry out promotions and programs as directed by the store.
• Maintain product displays and keep department area organized.
• Uphold established health and safety standards in the department.
• Support team and contribute to a positive store environment.
