Job summary

KognitiveSales Solutions is expanding its in-store sales team in Winnipeg, MB, and seeks driven individuals who thrive in a retail setting to promote a Canadian credit card product inside a major retailer. You will engage customers face-to-face, explain benefits, and build trust to drive results.

Base pay is CAD 16.40 per hour with uncapped commission, full-time or part-time schedule, and structured training from day one.

• Clear, compelling communicator who listens and adapts messages.
• Candidates open to criminal and credit background checks.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers in-store and explain credit-card products.
• Ask questions to understand needs and provide relevant recommendations.
• Serve as product authority, being knowledgeable and credible.
• Meet and exceed personal sales targets while representing the client brand.
• Create positive, memorable interactions and confidentially handle data.
• Travel to and support multiple store locations as needed.
