Cloré is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will provide tailored beauty advice, learn product details, and communicate promotions while keeping shelves stocked and inviting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with beauty or hair care products a plus.
• Able to meet store sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile, offer help, and provide personalized support.
• Ask questions and give beauty advice based on customer needs—everyone is welcome at Cloré.
• Learn and stay up to date on products, what they do, and how to combine them for personalized beauty care.
• Let customers know about promotions, new products, and how our rewards program works.
• Support store events, seasonal displays, and product setups.
• Keep the store clean and organized, and ensure shelves are full, neat, and properly stocked.
• Refill shelves and let the team know if items are missing, damaged, or low in stock.
• Unpack new deliveries and help with inventory counts when needed.
• Operate the cash register (POS) to process sales.
• Handle returns or complaints politely and ask for help when needed.
• Bring a positive attitude and help keep the team environment fun and professional.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
