Sobeys is seeking a Bakery Supervisor to lead daily bakery operations in Langford, BC. You will ensure product quality, freshness, and customer satisfaction while guiding a team to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support bakery team members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a positive, engaging work environment.
• Oversee daily production, merchandising, and product presentation to ensure freshness, quality, and visual appeal.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering, and minimize waste while meeting sales and margin targets.
• Support scheduling, task delegation, and adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
• Step in to manage departmental operations in the absence of the Bakery Manager or Assistant Manager.
