Thrifty-Foods in Langford, BC is seeking a Bakery Supervisor who will lead daily bakery operations, uphold quality and freshness, and deliver excellent service to our customers. You will coach the in-store team, oversee production, merchandising, and presentation to create appealing displays while controlling waste and costs.

You’ll collaborate with store leaders to maintain food safety standards, schedules, and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 12 months of bakery or related retail experience.
• Strong understanding of bakery operations, including production and merchandising.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
