Job summary

Thrifty-Foods in Campbell River, BC is seeking an experienced Baker/Decorator with daytime and weekend availability to lead daily bakery operations, ensure quality, freshness, and excellent service, and support the in-store team in realizing our bakery vision.

You will train and guide bakery staff, oversee production and merchandising, manage inventory and waste, and ensure food safety, sanitation, and health standards while thriving in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of bakery or related retail experience.
• Strong understanding of bakery operations, including production and merchandising.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities
