Location: Ontario, Canada (Hybrid or On-Site)

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Create engaging content for websites, social media, and email marketing
  • Maintain and update website content (WordPress or similar CMS)
  • Develop SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic
  • Track and analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics and other tools
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing with company goals
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital trends and algorithm changes
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role (agency or in-house)
  • Strong understanding of paid ads, SEO, social media, email marketing & analytics
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
  • Strong written communication and content creation skills
  • Highly organized, independent, and results-oriented
  • Bonus if you’ve marketed in trades, HVAC, plumbing, or local service industries
