This position offers full commission. The minimum 'On Target Earnings' (OTE) for this role is approximately $80,000 CAD per year with uncapped commissions. Many of our top representatives earn more than double this amount!

What you will be doing:

1. Closing sales
2. Generating profitable growth
3. Closing set appointments with customers
4. Assessing customer needs, educating them on our products, and providing guidance for unique design solutions
5. Following the sales process outlined by Lifestyle
6. Contributing to daily meetings
7. Growing through regular training

Responsibilities:

1. Exceed sales goals
2. Travel within an assigned territory to educate prospects about our products
3. Negotiate strategically with customers to close sales, leveraging current promotions and affordability solutions
4. Help customers achieve their dreams

Requirements:

1. Post-secondary education
2. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
3. Willingness to travel within a sales area to visit customer homes
4. Self-motivated with the ability to work from home
5. Evening availability and some Saturdays

Experience:

1. 3-5 years of commission sales experience recommended
