Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is seeking Health Care Aides to provide safe, respectful personal care within a Winnipeg community health setting. Successful candidates will have completed a recognized Health Care Aide course and may be required to maintain CPR/BLS training.

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, be able to work independently or as part of a team, and have basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook). Travel may be required in some settings.

Qualifikationen

• Successful completion of a recognized Health Care Aide course required.
• HCAs working in community settings need Manitoba Class 5 driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support training may be required in some settings.
• Ability to provide safe, effective, personal care.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families and staff.
