Job summary

Ranch Ehrlo Society in Regina, SK is seeking a casual Family Treatment Worker to provide home-based services and support for families. The role includes teaching life skills, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to reach family goals.

Your duties cover crisis in-home support, documentation, and transport as required, with emphasis on safety, empathy, and flexible problem-solving in a high-risk environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of a high school diploma is required.
• A certificate, diploma, or degree in social sciences, or in a related human service field is an asset.
• Up to one year of experience working with children, youth, and/or families.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Teach life skills like self-care, budgeting, and positive behaviors.
• Maintain a therapeutic milieu.
• Collaborate with the team to plan daily tasks.
• Implement individual and family treatment plans and clinical interventions.
• Provide in-home support during crises and transport participants as needed.
