A busy professional family in Verdun is looking for a caregiver for three children who will also do housekeeping and other domestic tasks such as cooking. This is a permanent, full-time position with 40 hours per week, typically from 11:30 am to 7:30 pm. The salary is $32.97/hour. Two days off are usually on Saturday and Sunday, but this may vary depending on the employer’s shifts, so flexibility is essential. There is an option to stay with the employer at no additional cost. The caregiver may have to manage household tasks and care for the children in the absence of the parents. Proficiency in either French or English is required.

Minimum Requirements:

General High School diploma – Completed.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience with children or equivalent experience through work or studies as a teacher, nurse, midwife, or psychologist is required.

Other Conditions:

Punctuality, reliability, judgment, sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and experience with children are essential.
