• NOC Job Code/Title: 44101 - Family Caregiver

Terms of employment: This is a full-time position (32 to 40 hours per week) with flexible hours. Proficiency in English or French is required. Job start date: October 1, 2025.

Salary: The hourly wage ranges from $19 to $23. Future wage adjustments will follow changes in the First Quartile wage rate for this field in Quebec.

Location: LaPu… resides in Beaconsfield, Quebec. The home is in a residential neighborhood with easy access to public transportation at the intersection of Sherbrooke and Montrose.

Responsibilities may include:

1. Caring for an elderly man with multiple age-related health issues. His wife resides in an eldercare facility.
2. Providing supervision as needed.
3. Assisting with daily routines, including personal hygiene, dressing, and medication management.
4. Planning, preparing, and serving meals; kitchen cleaning is also required.
5. Performing general housework such as laundry and dusting.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Canadian secondary school education completed.
2. At least one year of relevant experience as a caregiver.
3. Dependable, hardworking, independent, patient, and capable of managing the job without supervision.
