Terms of employment: This job is for a full-time position (between 32 and 40 hours per week). Flexible hours are required. English or French. Job start date is August 1, 2025

Salary: Wage offered is between $17 and $19 per hour. Future wage adjustments will be made when the First Quartile wage rate change for this field of work in Quebec.

Location: JoFr… lives in Westmount, Quebec. The home is situated in a residential neighbourhood. The city bus is easily accessible and is close by (bus #66 or #124). The major intersection is Victoria ave and Côte Sain Luc rd.

Duties may include:

1- This job is for the care of four children: a 5-year-old, a 9-year-old, and twin 10-year-olds

2- Supervision of children when parents are not at home, and take the child to and from appointments

3- Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings to provide amusement and exercise

4- Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents

5- Bathe children as needed

6- General housework that will include doing, laundry and some ironing.

7- Dusting rooms to ensure a clean environment

Qualifications:

1- Must have completed at minimum Canadian secondary school education

2- Must have at least one year of work-related experience as a caregiver

3- Must be dependable, hardworking, independent, patient, and able to manage the job without supervision.
