Terms of employment: This job is for a full-time position (between 30 and 40 hours per week). Flexible / Split shift work schedule is required. Weekend work may be required. Job start is March 1, 2026.

Language requirement: French or English.

Salary: Wage offered is between $17 and $19 per hour.

Location: ChLo… lives in Verdun, Quebec. The home is situated in a residential neighbourhood, school and parks are nearby. The city bus is easily accessible and is close by. The major intersection is Avenue des somets and Chemin De la Point S

Duties may include:

  • This job is to help with the care of a 6 year and 3 year old child. The younger child suffers from a chronic health condition and requires special attention
  • Help with toilet training the youngest
  • Organize simple games and activities to provide amusement and exercise
  • Bathe children as needed
  • Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings to provide amusement and exercise
  • Plan, prepare and serve meals. Kitchen clean-up is also required
  • General housework that will include doing laundry.
  • Dusting rooms to ensure a clean environment

Qualifications:

  • Must have completed at minimum Canadian equivalent of secondary school education
  • Must have at least one year of work-related experience as a caregiver
  • Must be dependable, hardworking, independent, and able to manage the job without supervision
