The Home Share Program offers a residential option where adults with developmental disabilities live with a contracted support provider from Connective. The In-Home Caregiver's role is to ensure a safe, supportive home environment where individuals can develop social and life skills, preparing them for independence.

This position requires supervision of the client as needed.
Coquitlam, Port-Coquitlam, Port Moody, New Westminster, Maple Ridge, Surrey, Delta, Langley, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Mission, Vancouver, Burnaby
Preference for providers with social services experience, knowledge of non-profit environments, and familiarity with developmental disabilities.
Compensation varies by contract and individual, ranging from $1,585 to $3,500 per month.
