Tim Hortons Foundation Camps is seeking an InCommunity Program Specialist to support the planning and delivery of community programs for youth. This full-time role involves developing innovative educational programs, ensuring quality experiences, and engaging with participants and stakeholders across Ontario. Candidates should possess a degree in Education or a related field, along with experience in youth work and program management.
Tim Hortons Foundation Camps helps youth from underserved communities achieve their full potential through multiyear overnight camp experiences. Whether at camp or back home in their communities between visits, our youth work to build social-emotional leadership and innovation skills, along with behaviours like volunteerism and motivation to learn, so they become civically and academically engaged and successfully transition to adulthood.

The InCommunity Program Specialist supports the planning, direction, implementation, and supervision of Tims Camps' Community Programs, which take place at schools and/or community group spaces within their designated region. The role involves ensuring participants have a positive, high-quality program experience for long-term impact, with a focus on effective facilitation and delivery. The Specialist applies their knowledge of youth development, outdoor and experiential education, program quality systems, and coaching to provide guidance and support to their team and the youth served.
Ontario: Daily travel is required within the assigned geographic area (London, Sarnia, Chatham). The role is primarily remote from the assigned area, with potential travel beyond the primary region.
This is a full-time, permanent position. It may include a temporary seasonal layoff each year, typically between July and August, based on operational needs.
