Job Summary
The In-Community Program Specialist supports the planning direction implementation and supervision of Tims Camps Community Programs which take place at schools and / or community group spaces in their designated region. The In-Community Program Specialist is responsible for ensuring participants have a positive high quality program experience for long term impact. This role will ensure a focus on high quality program facilitation and delivery for maximum impact. The In-Community Program Specialist role applies their knowledge of youth development outdoor and experiential education program quality systems and demonstrated excellence in coaching and facilitation to provide direction coaching and support to their direct reports and the youth we serve.
Work location
QUEBEC / ONTARIO : Daily travel is required within the assigned geographic area (Gatineau & Ottawa). This role will work remotely from Gatineau / Ottawa. Travel beyond the primary geographic region will be required. Occasional travel will be required to the Home Office located in St. George Ontario.
Employment type
This is a contract position with an anticipated start date of August 2025 June 2026.
