You’ll be the bridge between our vision for scalable, human-centered automation and the gritty, detail-rich work of making it real on the factory floor.

This role is for someone who leads through action and clarity—ensuring every Automation Integration Specialist is supported, every solution is tested and documented, and every customer walks away saying: “I get it. I own it.”

Why Join Us:

  • Build reusable standards and templates to improve deployment consistency.
  • Reinforce field best practices across logic development, testing, and documentation.
Own Customer Enablement
  • Lead on-site knowledge transfer and initial training for customer operations teams.
  • Ensure the “what, why, and how” of every system is clear, usable, and documented.
  • Support early post-deployment adoption and user confidence.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
  • Work with Project Managers and Director of Implementation to align on timelines, risks, and handoff readiness.
