Job summary

Jonas Software is seeking an Implementation Specialist – Project Management in Markham, Ontario. You will lead client software implementations from kickoff to go-live, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

The role involves documenting civil construction workflows, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering both training and ongoing client support. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in project management/implementation within civil construction, strong scheduling and job costing

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in project management, implementation, or operations within civil construction.
• Strong understanding of civil construction workflows, including equipment management, production units, project controls, scheduling, and job costing.
• Experience training clients or end users is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead client software implementations from kickoff through go-live, ensuring projects remain on schedule and meet client requirements.
• Build strong client relationships through a patient, customer-focused, and consultative approach.
• Review and document civil construction workflows, including project management, equipment management, production tracking, job costing, and field operations.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, action items, risks, and client communications.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and internal teams to resolve issues and deliver agreed-upon outcomes.
• Deliver training and explain system functionality to technical and non-technical users.
