Job summary

Centiro in Vancouver is seeking an Application Specialist to join our Supply Chain Network Cloud initiative. You will drive implementation and technical project management, leading multiple customer projects while maintaining speed, precision and quality.

You will work daily with customers, developers and partners, translating needs into action from configuration to testing, from support to scale. You’ll shape how global commerce moves as a trusted partner, with autonomy to explore and grow

The work you will lead

• Configure, deliver and implement solutions that drive meaningful results for customers and the organization.


• Act as a trusted partner; taking ownership of translating requirements into smart, scalable solutions that meet customer needs, and providing value-added advisement.


• Lead test management to ensure very delivery meets the highest quality standards.


• Manage customer projects from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and successful delivery.


• Drive internal improvements that enhance our ways of working and create better outcomes.


• Foster collaboration and build strong networks by connecting customers, partners and internal teams in a network-driven organization where relationships fuel success.

Have experience in software implementation, and/or experience working with global shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, ect).
