Base pay range : CA$50.00 / hr - CA$65.00 / hr
Position Overview
The Digital Insights Specialist is responsible for working with various Business Units to define measurable goals & objectives, Digital KPIs, and lead web analytics implementation from start to completion. The associate will also be tasked with reporting, analyzing, and providing insights for all Online tools, Websites, and Digital Marketing campaigns. The candidate will leverage expertise in areas including tracking requirement management and analytics tagging.
What you'll do
- Define Business Requirements to develop analytics methodology and tagging strategy using Adobe’s tag management system.
- Support the development and training of internal processes and documentation governing all aspects of analytics tagging, implementation, QA, and reporting, including continuous improvement of these processes.
- Ensure that data flows smoothly from the website & app into our Analytics report suites, tools, and marketing platforms based on agreed-upon tech specs.
- Responsible for best practices when QA-ing data collection through Adobe Analytics and mar Tech platforms.
- Conduct regular audits of digital insights implementation identifying recommendations to improve data structure and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with squads to ensure they understand valuable data available to them which drives insights in reporting.
- Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and in an actionable manner, articulating next steps and recommendations to team members and various audiences.
- Build an understanding of the Adobe Suite of tools used (Adobe Analytics, Launch, Target, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Experience Platform) and their integration requirements.
- Demonstrate knowledge of utilizing the Adobe Experience Cloud DI.
- Understanding of Adobe Experience Platform audience triggers and platform activation.
- Ability to configure Adobe Analytics report suite, non-report suite, and variable settings according to standards.
What you bring
- University degree in Computer Science (preferred) or any technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in implementing analytics on high-traffic websites.
- Understanding of database structures, tables & basic SQL statements.
- Over 5 years of experience in implementing and using Adobe Launch or DTM to ingest data into Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with other Adobe products such as Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target, Customer Journey Analytics, Audience Manager, Campaign Classic.
