MoD is seeking a talented Implementation Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in configuring and customizing Intapp and DealCloud solutions to meet our clients’ specific needs. Your technical expertise and consulting skills will ensure successful implementation and integration, driving efficiency and maximizing user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with clients to understand business requirements and objectives
2. Configure and customize Intapp and DealCloud platforms based on client specifications including workflow and reporting
3. Develop and implement integration solutions to connect Intapp and DealCloud with existing systems
4. Provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation lifecycle
5. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support end-users
6. Troubleshoot issues and optimize platform performance post-implementation

Key Qualifications:

1. Must have over 5 years experience in programming with proficiency in languages Java, Python, also C# and JavaScript
2. Proven work experience implementing Intapp and/or DealCloud solutions (Certifications in Intapp and/or DealCloud is an asset)
3. Familiarity with database management (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud technologies
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
5. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions within project timelines
6. Experience in financial services or related industries
