DOING RIGHT BY PEOPLE – IT’S WHAT WE DOAs an Implementation Specialist, you will lead new clients through a seamless transition onto the Payworks platform. You will be responsible for managing new client expectations with a high level of service and support in response to their implementation needs, regardless of account complexity. You will manage the set-up of the Payworks workforce management solution and deliver comprehensive training, taking the client from the close of the sale to the pass off to their assigned Client Service Representative. Leveraging your accelerated understanding of workforce management demands and strong project management skills, you will accurately assess and meet the needs of the client to ensure an efficient and effective implementation.
