Job Posting: Implementation Specialist

About ClearDent

ClearDent builds software and digital tools to help dentists manage all areas of their practice, letting them focus on providing great oral care. For over 20 years, we’ve been an industry leader in streamlining and elevating oral healthcare for patients and doctors alike. As we begin to offer cloud solutions to clinics, hospitals, and operating theatres, we’re looking for flexible and creative talent to join our team and modernize dental offices across North America.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to ensure a seamless onboarding and training experience for our clients. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact during the implementation process, customizing systems to meet client needs and infrastructure capabilities. You will provide onsite and remote training, support business processes, and work with product management to refine our software applications. Exceptional relationship-building skills, adaptability, and a passion for helping clients achieve long-term success are key attributes for this position.

Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, delivering a seamless and professional implementation experience.
  2. Collaborate with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and infrastructure, ensuring smooth transitions to ClearDent’s system.
  3. Configure and customize systems to align with client objectives and technical capabilities.
  4. Deliver comprehensive on-site and remote training sessions tailored to meet client teams' varied experience levels.
  5. Provide ad-hoc training and consultative services to address evolving client requirements.
  6. Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, configurations, and training sessions within the Salesforce CRM system.
  7. Partner with product management to provide feedback and support for continuous improvement of software applications and services.
  8. Develop and update client resources, including user manuals, FAQs, and training materials, to enhance the client experience.
  9. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager, Implementation & Customer Success, to support organizational goals.

What You Bring

  1. 2+ years of working experience in a similar role.
  2. Minimum 1 year of training experience or equivalent.
  3. Strong leadership, adaptability, and confidence to independently manage projects and train diverse groups.
  4. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills to promote long-term client success.
  5. Organized and detail-oriented approach in maintaining accurate records.
  6. Willingness to travel and a proactive approach to professional growth.
  7. Preferred familiarity with ClearDent software.

What We Offer

  1. Competitive compensation.
  2. Excellent benefits focused on your health, dental, and career development.
  3. Flexible, hybrid work options.
  4. Opportunities to give back through social initiatives, volunteering, and community building.

Work Environment

  1. Working outside of normal business hours may be required (evenings and weekends).
  2. A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required.
  3. Travel is required (up to 70%).

One Last Thing

We understand that the best candidates don’t always meet every requirement. If you’re a customer-focused, passionate problem-solver excited by the potential the dental industry has to offer, we’ll happily take a look at your application.

Please note that we only accept candidates who live in Canada and are eligible to work there. We thank all applicants for their interest. However, only those candidates selected for phone screens and interviews will be contacted.
