Our Retirement Consulting practice brings over 60 years of experience in pension & savings, actuarial, compensation, and financial well-being consulting and outsourcing. Our purpose is to enhance the financial well-being of individuals and organizational resilience of employers and fiduciaries. We are seeking 2 Associates and 1 Implementation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide analytical and technical support to clients, plan members, and the Administration team, ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of pension administration systems and processes. You will collaborate with clients, pension administrators, and internal stakeholders to understand plan requirements and ensure system configurations comply with regulations and client needs. Your role involves streamlining processes, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing system functionalities to meet evolving client needs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
  2. Manage projects to configure ARIEL plan parameters and test calculation results.
  3. Oversee the implementation and configuration of software solutions per client needs.
  4. Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues for successful implementation.
  5. Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and functionalities.
  6. Work with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.
  7. Document processes, configurations, and system changes.
  8. Improve implementation processes and procedures continually.
  9. Train and support junior team members' development.
  10. Serve as a resource within the DB Pension Administration practice.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, with relevant coursework. Additional coursework in pension administration or mathematics is an asset.
  • Associate level: Minimum 5 years in software implementation, configuration, testing, and support within Pension Administration/Benefits/HR/payroll industries.
  • Consultant level: Minimum 8 years in similar roles and industries.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired Skills:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Ariel or other pension administration software systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to mentor and coach team members.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Excel and Access VBA.
  • Bilingualism.
