As an Implementation Consultant at Nakisa, you will work directly with enterprise customers to turn complex business requirements into successful software implementations.
You will lead key implementation activities from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, integration, and go-live. You will work as part of a Professional Services delivery team led by a Project Manager, who plans and manages the overall project. You will own your assigned implementation workstreams and deliverables, collaborate with other consultants and specialists, and guide customers through solution decisions, risks, and issues.
This is a highly customer-facing role that combines business analysis, technical problem-solving, and implementation leadership. Over time, you will develop deep expertise in one or more Nakisa solution areas, such as IWMS, lease accounting, workforce planning, or decision intelligence.
