Job Summary

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving success in a fast‑paced SaaS environment? As a Customer Success Manager at Nakisa, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our clients thrive and grow with our innovative solutions. This role is key to our mission of high‑quality delivery and unparalleled customer experience, directly impacting account management, client satisfaction, and new sales opportunities.

What you’ll be doing

  • Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Support teams to ensure seamless customer transitions and onboarding.
  • Fortify relationships by becoming a domain expert and product superuser.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and lead upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, driving organic growth.
  • Act as the customer’s main point of contact, advocating for their needs across departments.
  • Nurture relationships that will generate strong references and referrals.
  • Drive product improvements by collaborating with our Product Management team.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other related fields.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar position or solution consulting role.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with executives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to various audiences, including executives.
  • Strong technical knowledge, particularly in enterprise software (SaaS experience highly preferred).
  • Experience with enterprise software selling (SaaS is a plus).
  • A human resource and/or Finance background is desirable.
  • Experience managing clients in accounting and/or HR is desirable.
  • Business fluent in English, with fluency in French as a strong advantage.
  • Must be located in Quebec.

Nice‑to‑haves

  • MBA or equivalent.
  • Business consultative experience in management consulting, financial analysis, corporate finance, business development, organizational transformation.
