What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage implementation projects and client onboarding from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and quality delivery
- Lead all aspects of implementation, including onboarding training, solution configuration, and data migration
- Develop comprehensive scope of work documentation and communicate changes in project scope to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing customer satisfaction
- Drive timely launches and provide an exceptional customer experience for new users of the platform
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing implementation or project management role within a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex implementation projects from initiation to completion
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to foster trust with clients
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex issues
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative with a proactive approach to project management
