DOING RIGHT BY PEOPLE – IT’S WHAT WE DO

Role

As a key member of the Implementation Operations team, the Implementation Associate plays a vital role in delivering a seamless and supportive onboarding experience for Payworks' clients. As the first point of contact in the implementation process, you will introduce the client to Payworks’ onboarding process, set clear expectations and timelines, gather outstanding data and ensure they have everything needed for a successful transition. You will provide an elevated degree of attention and support in setting up and preparing client accounts with a strong focus on security, efficiency, and timely data processing. During peak times and special circumstances, you may take the lead in managing the entire onboarding process or collaborate with internal teams to streamline implementation.

  • Plenty of professional development opportunities.
  • Community-minded culture – Receive two paid days per year to volunteer and lots of opportunity to “Pay it Forward”.
  • Time and flexibility to meet your needs – Hybrid work model with flexible work options, plus 3 weeks vacation to start, flex time and parental leave benefits.
  • Cool perks – Annual Lifestyle Spending Account, Costco membership, fun office environment and events, and more!

You will be responsible for introducing them to the implementation process, setting clear expectations, confirming project requirements and outlining expected timelines. Overseeing initial client onboarding activities, you will analyze and collect client information and collaborate with the Implementation Specialist to ensure seamless execution. You may also support clients through the entire implementation process (including performing Implementation Specialist duties on an as-needed basis) when needed.
  • Data and system preparation – Your keen attention to detail, security, and data integrity will be essential as you receive, analyze and adjust incoming client data/employee information to ensure accuracy and readiness for Implementation. You will start the configuration of client databases based on specific requirements to facilitate a smooth transition to an Implementation Specialist. Additionally, you will keep up to date client information in our CRM during the initial stages of the onboarding process.
  • Work together – You are a dynamic team member who will work closely with other Implementation Associates and collaborate with members of the larger Implementation and Sales teams.
  • Enhance your career – We are committed to providing opportunities for personal growth and development that encourage our people to excel and make a real difference throughout their career journey. We will provide a solid training experience to set you up for success and support your continuous learning. You will consistently update your knowledge of the Payworks product to set you up for long-term success.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Fluency in both official languages (French/English), with the ability to communicate effectively to produce succinct explanations and correspondence in both languages.
  • Exceptional customer service experience with external clients and internal teams; with focus on building a positive onboarding experience.
