We have been partnering with clinics since 1996, and have clients that have been utilizing our software for over 20 years!

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Implementation and Training Specialist located in Red Deer, AB. The Implementation and Training Specialist will be responsible for Visual-Eyes software implementations, conducting training sessions both on-site and virtually, providing expert consultation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing various projects at different stages, providing technical documentation for various company resources while providing exceptional client support and relationship management. We are looking for someone with an analytical approach while striving for constant self development.

Regular travel is required to client locations across Canada.
