Implementation Analyst | Professional Services | USA | Remote or Hybrid

We’re searching for an Implementation Analyst to join our Professional Services team to support our customers in the implementation of their purchased RLDatix Safety solutions. The Implementation Analyst will work directly with customers to ensure seamless implementation of our RLDatix Safety solution.

Responsibilities
  • Provide continuous engagement with customers to ensure effective delivery of services related to implementation
  • Create and maintain project documentation in order to align with services team requirements
  • Deliver remote and onsite training to meet customer educational needs
  • Ensure risks and issues are actively managed in order to provide superb customer support
  • Act as project owner in order to deliver project within agreed budget and timeline
Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B software implementation and project management
  • Proven success in communicating and building relationships with all levels of an organization both internally and externally
  • In-depth knowledge on how to utilize various tools for management, project planning, and time tracking
  • Ability to travel within US and Canada for team and client meetings 25% of the time
  • Sincere interest in the success of our customers
  • A knack for working collaboratively within a customer-focused environment
